🤑 Fundraising of the week🦾 NEURA Robotics raises up to $1.4 billion in Series C to scale the world’s leading Physical AI platform (🇩🇪)
NEURA Robotics has announced a Series C of up to $1.4 billion, making it the largest fundraising ever for a full-stack robotics company. The round was led by Tether.
The company is building “Physical AI” (aka, robots that can see, hear, learn, and collaborate through a shared intelligence network called the Neuraverse).
The fresh capital will help NEURA scale production to millions of robots by 2030, expand its Neuraverse ecosystem, and roll out NEURA Gyms, which it describes as the world’s first large-scale real-world training environments for cognitive robots. 🤖
The company already has an order pipeline exceeding $1 billion and is betting that the next AI race will be about what AI can physically do in factories, hospitals, logistics centers, and homes.
🧠 PhysicsX raises $300 million Series C to scale Physics AI for industrial engineering (🇬🇧)
PhysicsX just raised $300 million in an oversubscribed Series C at a $2.4 billion valuation. The round was led by Temasek.
The UK startup is building “Physics AI” software that helps engineers simulate how real-world systems behave. Its models can predict physical behavior in seconds instead of hours or days. 🚀
The fresh capital will fund global expansion, new platform capabilities, and research into larger AI models called Large Physics Models. These models are designed to help engineers test thousands of design options instead of a handful.
PhysicsX says revenue has doubled year over year, booked revenue has tripled, and customer count has more than doubled. 👏

🚀 Isar Aerospace raises €270 million Series D to scale sovereign launch capabilities for Europe and allies (🇩🇪)
Isar Aerospace has secured €270 million in a Series D round led by Molten Ventures and Island Green Capital.
The German space company builds and launches rockets for small and medium-sized satellites. Its vertically integrated approach means it designs, manufactures, and tests nearly everything in-house. 🌍
The fresh funding will help ramp production of its Spectrum launch vehicle, expand its global launch network, and strengthen Europe’s independent access to space.
The company is building what it says is Europe’s largest integrated launch vehicle factory, with capacity for up to 40 rockets per year. The raise comes just days before Isar’s upcoming qualification flight and as demand shifts sharply toward defense customers, which now account for 60% of demand.

🤖 Theker raises $85 million Series A to bring reconfigurable AI robots to factory floors (🇪🇸)
Theker has raised $85 million in a Series A led by CRV. The round is notable because it is being billed as the largest robotics Series A ever raised in Europe.
The Barcelona startup builds AI-powered factory robots with swappable arms, hands, and body parts. Instead of being locked into one task, the robots can adapt to different jobs and keep learning on the factory floor. 🏭
Its systems are already operating inside Inditex facilities, handling different garments without manual reprogramming.
The raise comes amid a broader robotics boom in Europe, where investment is pouring into automation as manufacturers search for smarter ways to do more with fewer hands.

🛰️ Sybilla Technologies raises over €8 million to scale global space debris tracking network (🇵🇱)
Sybilla Technologies has raised over €8 million in funding led by 3TS Capital Partners and Vinci.
The Polish space-tech company builds space situational awareness systems. These systems track objects in orbit using a global network of optical sensors. The goal is to make space traffic less “chaotic freeway at rush hour” and more “managed airspace,” especially for agencies like ESA and defense operators. 🤓
The company runs ~50 ground-based sensors across six continents. These sensors monitor more than 40,000 orbital objects. The system can track up to 90% of near-Earth objects in near real time.
Sybilla Technologies Lands €8M to Accelerate Global Expansion in Space Monitoring
⚛️ Arkeon Technologies raises $691,000 Seed round to commercialize post-fabrication quantum chip trimming (🇸🇪)
Arkeon Technologies has raised 6.5 million SEK (~$691,000) in a Seed round led by Chalmers Ventures. The company is building a way to fix quantum chips after they are manufactured. Instead of redoing expensive fabrication cycles, it fine-tunes superconducting qubits using controlled electrical pulse-trains. 🧪
The tech targets a very real bottleneck in superconducting quantum computing. Tiny manufacturing variations can mess up qubit frequencies and kill performance at scale. Arkeon’s post-fabrication trimming adjusts Josephson junction resistance to stabilize chip behavior. The new funds will be used for international customer validation, scaling deployments, and refining its chip-tuning system for commercial foundries.
🔥 Up-and-coming startups ⚙️ Qorelo raises $3.5 million to rescue enterprises from SAP migration hell (🇩🇪)
Qorelo just closed a $3.5 million Seed co-led by HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures, with participation from Antler, Adesso Ventures, and 10x Founders.
Not bad for a company that’s only five months old.
Here’s the pain point: 35,000 SAP customers need to migrate to S/4HANA before the 2027 deadline, and each project takes 18-36 months. That’s a €37.8 billion market scrambling for talent that doesn’t exist. Qorelo’s AI platform automates the scoping, accelerates delivery, and captures institutional knowledge post-go-live.
Meaning fewer consultants, faster migrations, less chaos. The SAP migration crunch just found its painkiller. 💊
⚖️ Keith raises €2.3 million in Seed funding to build a law firm that never sleeps (🇬🇧)
Buying a house in the UK is a special kind of misery. 😬
Over 530,000 property transactions collapse every year, mostly thanks to conveyancing, the legal grunt-work of transferring ownership, a process that’s stayed slow, opaque, and untouched by tech for decades.
Enter Keith, which just raised a €2.3 million Seed round led by Backed VC to take a run at it. It’s the brainchild of Andy Shovel and Pete Sharman, the duo behind plant-based meat brand THIS, and Sam Tucker, who started a scheduling platform called Common Surface.
It’s a pretty hard pivot into regulated legal services, but the team’s got a huge ambition. 👀
Keith aims to be a fully regulated law firm built AI-first. They’re starting with a client agent that answers calls and WhatsApp messages 24/7. And, they want to make a big swing: they’re targeting a 70% cut in transaction times before launch in Q3 2026.

🩺 OurMind raises €2.1 million to give doctors their evenings back (🇳🇱)
Healthcare is buckling. Waiting lists keep growing, paperwork keeps piling, and a quarter of young Dutch doctors now report burnout symptoms.
OurMind raised €2.1 million, led by 4impact capital, to take some of that load off.
One cardiologist’s framing says it all. Clinicians lose two to three hours a day to prep and documentation, often at home in the evening. OurMind’s pitch is that AI buys that time back so the same number of staff can keep delivering care.
It started with Notes, an AI scribe that turns consultation conversations into medical documentation, and is now expanding across the whole patient workflow.
It’s already running in over 300 GP practices and 14 hospitals, and more than 80 doctors and specialists have put their own money into the company. 👏

📰 Tech news of the week🛰️ Iceye quadruples valuation to €10 billion, nabs €1 billion mega-round (🇫🇮)
Iceye just closed a monster Series F led by General Atlantic, with backing from Nokia, Qatar Investment Authority, and Finland’s biggest investment firms.
The total transaction, including secondary share sales, topped €1 billion, valuing the company at over €10 billion. That’s a 4x jump from December 2025. 👀
Iceye operates the world’s largest constellation of SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellites, providing all-weather, day-and-night Earth observation for defense, insurance, and disaster response. With sovereign intelligence demand surging and Europe finally taking the space race seriously, Iceye just became one of the continent’s most valuable space and defense tech companies. 🚀
🚨 Fable 5 was gone for Europeans, now it’s gone for everyone (🇪🇺/🇺🇸)
Plot twist nobody saw coming. On June 12, 2026, Anthropic was forced to pull the plug on its newest models, Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 just three days after launch.
The culprit? A US government export control directive citing national security concerns.
The order bans access by any foreign national, inside or outside the United States including Anthropic’s own employees. “The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance,” the company said. Europe is calling it a “wake-up call” for AI sovereignty. The rest of us are calling it the moment AI became a geopolitical weapon.
Welcome to the new normal. 🌍
