💉 ITM secured $188M to advance radiopharmaceuticals and expand production capabilities (🇩🇪)
German startup Isotope Technologies Munich (ITM) has received an equity investment of $188 million, which it plans to utilize for advancing its radiopharmaceutical pipeline and getting ready for the potential launch of ITM-11. 🧬
ITM-11 (lutetium-177 edotreotide) is intended for the treatment of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. The company also stated its intention to expand its manufacturing capabilities to include new, high-value medical radioisotopes such as actinium-225. ⚛️
🌞 Smart Energies raised €87M to expand European solar presence (🇫🇷)
Smart Energies, a French IPP (independent power producer) specializing in mid-scale PV projects, who owns and operates over 500 solar sites across Europe with a capacity exceeding 160 MWp, just raised €87M. ⚡
Following a €20 million raise from RGREEN INVEST in 2022, the firm has accelerated its European deployment, opening offices in Italy, Greece, Finland, and Sweden. The company is also developing new activities such as battery storage. 🔋
